What are you known for? What do people normally come to you for? What are you the expert on?
There is increased realisation out there that you can actually make good money by doing the things that many colleagues, family members and friends normally rely on you to do. You can now develop a short course or short courses on those topics, with or without coaching support linked.
Think again, the things you know so well – many people will pay for you to share them, do them, coach them on. What are you good at that people will be prepared to pay for?
Just put it down on paper, check with a colleague/friend and send it out… done is better than perfect. You can only learn from there. Ask for feedback on your first attendees and start improving it from here.
